When I try to open an AVI file into VirtualDub under Windows XP, VirtualDub reports that playback drivers are not supported....
After I removed Pinnacle Studio 8 and installed Pinnacle Studio 7 everything works fine.... But I want to use both Virtualdub and Studio 8!!!
Is there another way to solve this problem???

You should be able to install Studio 8 and keep Studio 7. Was your avi file captured via Studio 7 ? I believe there was some special codec used in Studio 7.
Pinnacle Studio 8 and DV home video editing (ver.9 already home)
