Hi everyone, i use tmpgenc to encode a dvd rip movie to mpeg..after i finish encoding it..i can see this very faded horizontal like across the screen..is this a problem or everyone has the same problem?

i tried using deinterlance and non interlance but still doesnt seem to work.

so anyone have any ideas? email me is best

note: what actually does the interlance and deinterlance thing does? wat setting do i use if i am encoding from dvd movies??
