Best program for backing up the movie files only?

I am curious which progam gives the best video quality. I use DVD2One to fit dvd9 to a dvdr. I only want to copy the movie files themselves

Some say Instant Copy has better quality than DVD2one and DVD95. I can't see much difference however I will take their word for it. I use DVD95 mostly these days if the extras on the original are small or under 200MB and DVD2one if the extras get too large. I really don't care a hoot about extras or menus and the warning screens on the originals.
