  1. I am new to editing movies using Ulead Studio 5.0. One thing i don't understand is that when i play back my story board (with music on the background), i always got jerky sounds at the end of every frame. Any ideas why it happens that way? Is it because my system? I am using Pro xp, 20 gig harddrive, AMD Duron Professor, 320 Ram.

I've had similar issues with earlier versions of VideoStudio (4 or 5) using .mp3 for the background music. When I convert the .mp3 to a .wav file the audio problem disappeared.

Unfortunately, with version 7.0 the audio cuts in and out at every transition and scene change. I'm disappointed so far with version 7 and the only thing I'm currently using it for is to produce slow motion clips which have integrated perfectly with version 6.

There are other bugs with version 7.

Anyway, try using a .wav file for your audio and see if that doesn't help your problem.

  3. Thank you Spicuzza. When i put the wav file on the background, the problem is solved. But i have another questions. Everytime i change something in the timeline and when i want to play the timeline, i have to render the whole thing from where i change to the end of the project. I mean, if i change something in the beginning of the project, it has to render the whole thing again b4 i could play the timeline. Is ther a way to void this thing? Also, I have tried to match the pictures with the music beat but it seems impossible. Do you have a way to do this? I mean easy ways?? hehe. Thanks!
