    How can I convert a dual avi divx file to VCD but selecting only one language from both?

    With TMPGENC or any other tool?

    You'll need to join your AVI's using VirtualDub. Extract your audio, and encode using the encoder of your choice.

    If the audio in these AVI's is AC3, then you should also run AC3FIX.EXE on them, to repair any corrupted frames. If you do not, audio sync problems will appear in your end result.
