I'm trying to convert mpg2 (SVCD) to mpg1 (VCD), extracted the mpeg file using isobuster, then used DVD2Avi and saved as project, then used TMPGEnc to convert, but when I playback I get what I can only describe as motion lines on the things in the video, when they move quickly. Yet the original SVCD plays back OK !!!
Any idea whats going on ?
