I have this avi file, when I open it In vdub I get this error msg:



But when I open it in media player, vlc or TMPEGEnc it works fine. However when I convert it with TMPEGEnc I get no sound, also I would like to open it in vdub so I can convert the framerate from 23.976 to 25 fps. But since vdub for some reason woun't open it, I can't do that.

Can anyone help me out?
