    ok i am acting a bit thick now as i have done this once before but i have forgot, how can i convert a svcd to vcd using the programs that i have (TMPGENC, VIRTUAL DUB,VCD GEAR) any help would be great

    Send a message via MSN to mats.hogberg
    Extract & convert the dat file from the SVCD to mpeg with VCDGear.
    Make sure TMPGEnc can read MPEG2 (Install PowerDVD if not)
    Encode the extracted MPEG2 to MPEG1 with TMPGEnc using the VCD template.
