Pioneer A03 - help pls

a03 and hacked firmware
Can somebody please try and help.
I have an A03 with updated hacked firmware which according to site should allow my a03 to burn 1x disks at 2x.
Is this correct i am using Datawrite calssic yellow tops.
When i go into Nero it still only gives me 1x option.
When i burn an iso with DVD decrypter i pick max speed but it still takes aproc 60 mins to burn a movie so i would say this is still only burning at 1x.
May be you guys can shed some light on what i am doing wrong been searching old posts but can not seem to see what is wrong.

The question is easy if you know the answer LOL.

Did you try different media ? If not I would start out on a brand you know is capable of 2X...and try a few different kinds....those firmware hacks are not 100% with all media.....

Thanks i have bought some new media ment to be 2x how do i check media is 2x as it does not say anywhere on it.

If it does not say then it's 1X but I have a Sony DRU500AX and I can burn at 2X I also have the AO4 that one you have to hack the firmware

Can anybody advise what 1x disks can burnt at 2x with the a03 hacked firmware. Also what software should be used to do this as my Nero always gives me 1x option.
