  1. i have some incomplete avi's onmy hd but when i try to delete them i get a file in use error. i know there is a registry key somewhere but i forgot where and i cant find the article agian. anyone know what i am talking about and how to fix it?

    You can delete them from a command prompt also, just don't ever click on them.
