Ok here is the deal someone bought a Apex ad-1200 last week and all vcd/svcd have worked great

but tonight went to play a vcd and the picture on the screen was rolling from top to bottom making it impossible to watch

but tried 11 other vcd and 7 svcd and they all worked great the thing is it works perfect on WMP 6.4,WMP8 and WMP9 but as soon as we put it in the Apex ad-1200 the screen rolls from top to bottom

This isnt hooked up to a vcr or anything the dvd player is hooked straight from the back of dvd player to the back of a tv


anyone know why this would happen?

i have burned same movie 5 times and get same results everytime yet the movie works perfect on a apex Ad-1010


ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT THIS IS AND HOW TO FIX IT?

by the way this is a CAM movie not screener or anything incase that helps you al lat all
