Hey all,
I really hope that someone out there can help me with this. I've been trying to (legally) back up my Star Trek : Voyager tapes to VCD's so that the tapes will remain in good condition. Unfortunately, I found that my tapes and my ATI All-in-Wonder Radeon 8500DV don't at all get along. The tapes play just fine on my TV, but when I try to even watch them on my computer, I get intermittant flicker in the upper half of the screen. At first, I thought it was Macrovision, but after a SIMA Copymaster and a SIMA color corrector, I've determined that it's got to be something else. Any other types of copy protection? Something with my card? Any help or experience tips would be GREATLY apprectiated - I've spent $300 on trying to fix this and still haven't gotten anywhere. Thanks!
Keller
