Problem with multi-episodes using DVD2One & 'Make It Eas

I ripped my 'Simpsons' six episode dvd disk to my hdd last night, and followed the guides;

but the final output was all messed up.
I successfully created one PGC, the menu started perfectly when opened with PowerDVD but when I played one of the episodes it started half way through, not at the beginning.
I tried all six and only two started at the beginning/
Has anyone come across this and know what I might have done wrong?
