  1. Well, I'm managing to work through some of my earlier problems, experiencing some really weird ones now though :> I've encoded an MPG from a DivX running at 24FPS, I corrected the framerate in TMPGEnc before creating the MPG of it..when I played back the MPG in Media Player everything was just fine. However, when I tried burning it to a CD and playing back in the DVD player, the audio is about half a second ahead of the video..great :> I'm not sure at all how I'd go about fixing this, has anyone experienced similar problems?

  2. you and about 90%(I took a precise scientific survey) of everyone else

Their are guides on this site that deal with correcting this....from demuxing the audio and expanding/comprssing it, to resampling the frequency.

  3. Hmm..I'll have to give those a read over again :> Is it unusual for the audio to be out of sync on the player only, though? When I take the same VCD and play it in WinDVD the audio's fine. Unusually enough this also only occurs with two or three VCD's I've got, the other ones seem to play fine.
