    OK, this may sound like a stupid question but I can't find the answer anywhere.

    I am making my own DVD using a camcorder, etc.

    I have TMPGENC'd to MPEG2. I have demuxed the audio and video.

    The question though is that I want to create chapters. Where can I view this MPEG2 to get the exact time and frame number in order to set my chapters? I know I can do it in VirtualDub for AVIs but this is now a MPEG file. Is there any program that does a frame by frame advancement with a preview?
