  1. I just ripped A movie from a DVD using "Clad DVD XP". I now have two files, 1 Wav 1 d2v. The problem I am having is, I tried to put the movie on a cd (80 min), but when I try To Use "TMPGenc 2.59" it can't read the files. I've tried loading different plugin's for the program, but I still have the same problem. Can someone please tell me which plugin I need, or what I may be doing wrong. Thanks in advance...

If you get an error message when opening like file unsupported or can not open or is not supported
or you get an empty(black) video preview window
or the video look wierd in the video preview window like green or purple or pink
Try first to change the codec reader settings in TMPGEnc under Option->Environmental settings->VFAPI plug-in and right click on the DirectShow Multimedia File Reader and increase the priority to 1 or 2 and try open the video.
If that does not help be sure that you have installed DivX or XviD or MPG2 or DV Codecs and also try with the Nimo Codec Pack.

    Hope That Helps!!! :P

  3. I've had this exact problem.
Sometimes when using CladDVDXP it doesn't automatically (for some strange reason) go into the DVD2AVI bit, thus TMPGEnc can do nothing with the files!
In the directory you installed CladDVDXP you should have a copy of DVD2AVI - if not download and install it!
Now run DVD2AVI and load in your vob files then let it rip...
finally load the d2v and wav file into TMPGEnc

    Good Luck
