I used Smart Ripper to extract the vobs from a DVD of the film The Thin Red Line. This film has a DTS soundtrack. When I attempt to frameserve with DVD2AVI, it does not convert the sound file. Nor will TMPEG recognize a sound track after ripping with Smart Ripper and frame serviing with DVD2AVI. I have looked at lots of information here and @ Doom but can't find any information as to how to extract the sound track and then convert to format TMPEG can use. If someone could kindly advise as to how to extract and convert I would greatly appreciate the information. I suspect that some vob file, other than no. 1 may contain an ac3 file that I can use, but am not certain. Thanks.
