Change the size of the CDR in the Bitrate tab. Change it to 797mb when you are using cd-r 80 min.

    This should solve your problem.

  3. Actually the files needed to run a SVCD are ~6MB so I'd go with 790 to be on the safe side. But same end result

BTW - it's not the runtime but the bitrate/filesize that matters. You mean the final MPEG was 810MB or something right?

  5. I set the Bitrate tab to 800mb CD's, and my file size will always be 805mg when finished. I've burned them all this way with no problem, even on an old Yamaha 4/2/6 burner. I burn them using VCDEasy.

  7. Well the bin file can (and often is) slightly bigger than the final size of the burnt disc. Again, SVCDs need 6MB of files/folders so I if you can't overburn then put in 790 to be on the safe side.
