Hey, i just converted the first part of an xvid to a vcd mpeg. When I attempt the second part and click OK to begin the encoding TMPEGnc does not start the encoding and then not responds. Advice wanted please.

Did you check it for bad frames? If not......use Virtualdub Mp3 to do. Open the file; "video"; "check video for freezes" . When bad frames are found...... check the guide made by King John to fix.
