  2. You can have up to 4 selectable S-VCD subtitles if your DVD-Player supports them. Prefer CVD to S-VCD subs, but you should test your player for compatibility yourself.

Only SVCDs support selectable (soft encoded) subtitles.

With VCDs you are limited to hard encoded subs, which are physically encoded into the picture so you cannot turn them off and on, and you can't switch between subtitle tracks.

which software will rip both the subtitle and the movie at onces instead of DVD2VCD. Because DVD2VCD is sucks. It cuts too much movie out. (skip too much movie)

I don't know of any other program which can do it. I do it by hand, using subrip to rip the subs and WinSubMux to add them into the mpg stream. It only takes about 10 mins to add them in once the mpg is finished.

I know that many people use DVD2SVCD with great results. Personally, I prefer the control of doing everything manually, but if you are looking for an all-in-one solution than you cannot beat DVD2SVCD. Maybe you should give it another try.

I understand that thats the best software, but it cuts a half of the movie off. This had happens to me many of time. What should I do to tell the dvd2vcd not to cut?
