I believe video stabilizer/copyguard remover is a macrovision type of encoder which comes with copy righted videos. Is that software availablel that will filter it before it gets captured??
Please anyone.

I don't know of any computer software to stabilize copy protected videos, but if you need an external stabilizer to go between your vcr and your computer try the Sima Copymaster. It's available from
Best Buy for about $50. If you need to stabilize (remove the copyguard) from a dvd player you will need the Sima Color Corrector. This is not available from Best Buy. You can find sources to buy it on the internet. Price is about $100-$125. :P
