Hi i am following a guide to backup a DVD dual layered disk to 1 DVD-R by re-encoding the video slightly i am trying to backup pearl Harbour but the movie is on 2 DVDs i have ripped both DVDs to the hard drive i have a M2V and AC3 file for each part what i want to do is now join the m2v and ac3 files together so i have 1 big m2v file and 1 big ac3 file so i can continue with the guide
is there any program to allow me to do this?

sure you can, with TMPGEnc you can join M2V files and AC3 files
and you can even Mux them together -
I use IfoEdit or DVD Maestro for this.
Check out IfoEdit, as it is free and easy.
