    What resolution should I use for the image for my main menu on my custom DVD? That is, to where it won't stretch and look all weird. I want it to fit on the whole television screen, but not look distorted.

    720 x 480 is the DVD resolution. Unless your going for half sizes.
    Ulead DVD Workshop recommends 720x576 for some reason.

    720x480 is for NTSC, 720x576 is for PAL
