Hi!
I have copied and frameserved a PAL movie using CladDVD XP. When i open the copied movie with winDVD or similarar it's works perfect! But when I encode the movie to PAL SVCD using TMPGenc 2.0, the video ´stutters but the audio is fine. This happens both on my computer and if i burn the movie to an CD-ROM and run in my home DVD player.
Could this be a tmpgenc issue? or maybe I have done something wrong in the config.?
I used 'force film' when copying the movie to my harddrive. Maybe this only works with NTSC?

what program do you use to frameserve the vobs with?

I use the internal frameserver capabilities of CladDVD XP (it has an built-in version of DVD2AVI).
