I have just burnt the bin file that was created by dvd2svcd using nero and when I play it in my Panasonic RV32 dvd player the picture comes up ok but it skips every 1 second or so, and continues throughout the whole movie. It doesnt go out of sync, just the whole video and audio stop and start everything 1/2sec-1sec repeatedly.
Its not the bin file because I have tried with straight mpegs and using the "Create SVCD option" in Nero.

Also I must note there are no dropped frames. All the frames are there, its just stop start stop start etc...

Can anyone suggest a solution. Its a shame because the picture quality, aspect ratio etc is perfect
