buring noise in background

i have a buring noise in the background of my download of monsters inc ,is there a way to get rid of this .

I've had the same problem with fast and furious.

First split the audio from video using virtualdub, then download Goldwave(I forget from where, do a search on google) Load the sound into goldwave. find a part of the movie where there's no other sound except for the buzz. Select the portion using a left and right click on the audio wave. copy the selection then click effects>filter> Noise Reduction on the menu. In the dialog select "use clipboard" and click ok, when it's finished the buzzing noise will be gone.
