    I'm looking for a capture card to convert vhs to vcd. I saw one:
    Max I.C. Live 3600. Is it a good card?? Is it possible to do what I want with a good quality with this card???

    If you just want to do vhs to vcd, a simple tv tuner card may suffice. They are cheap and everywhere. I have a wintv card....
