I am currently looking for a card that has:
-RCA Inputs
-No special software, as in, can be used with a program such as VirtualDub.
-Under $90
I do not care about watching tv, that is what I have a television for.
So far, I have found this:

But I am not sure if that meets my needs.
If somebody knows of a good card for me or knows more information about the ImpactVCB could you please post?
I am also open to USB alternatives, such as the dazzle premium. But again, it can't have to use special software.
Edit: Would something like this work if I join the audio from the RCA cable and plugged it into mic in? I have an integrated sound card:

The sound card is a Yamaha AC-XG

Throw in some pc specs for analysis as to suitability .
The dvd ezymaker card is not "top of the class" from avermedia , but a safe option at a very good price , and you can bug me for help with it ... it is almost flawless to install and setup ... done the correct way first .
With the correct setup , you can capture from anything ... xbox360 , ps3 , other pc screen outputs .
For a little more , you can get the next unit up which includes dvb recording .
Best caps are from the supplied software or nero express .
With a very good setup :
Windows movie maker can cap hours in wmv .
Windows media encoder can stream input to web .
They even have a free version of the neo product :

The new version of virtualdub now works with the device ... not perfect yet , but works to a point .
----
Audio gose to linein on pc sond device ... do not use the audio input on the card ... it cause's interference ... snow / static look , and results will not be the clearest .
