Help!! How can I unbind tmpeg from dvd2svcd?

help can't use tmpeg by itself after installing dvd2svcd
After I install dvd2svcd and use it with tmpeg to make svcd I can no longer use tmpeg by itself to fix a file. Whenever I load in the source into tmpeg it alway seem to stay connected to dvd2svcd output source no matter waht. I can no longer use the mpeg tool as well. Is there a way to unbind dvd2svcd from tmpeg. For example I wanted to rencode an mpeg that I had to make it vcd compliant but when I load it up in tmpeg it does get recognize. But when I press encode tmpeg will reference the dvd2svcd output file instead although dvd2svcd is not lauch. Please help

In the directory you run TMPGEnc from, there are two files you need to delete or rename. If you are in the program, exit. The files are:

1. CURRENTCFG.TPR
2. TMPGENC.CFG

That will prevent the program from knowning the last run config.
