I have Ulead DV-Editor and have been capturing camcorder video to AVI and want to cut a few clips from the beginning and end. First of all I can't figure out how to do it in DV-Editor and also I don't think it saves it on my hard drive.
I then want to encode to mpeg2 and burn a svcd.
I tried to use Virtual Dub to edit but when I load the video I captured on my Ulead it says Virtual Dub requres a video for Windows compatible codec to compress video???!!
I just want to cut a few clips, seems should be simple. Any other ideas of what I should be doing? Or other freeware that i can use?
