In Easy CD Creator 5.0 Platinum, it tells me when I have encoded an avi-movie to mpeg, VCD Pal 352x288, that the System Clock Reference (1084) isn't acceptable for burning to VCD-compability. What have I done wrong in my encoding (I use TMPGEnc) and how do I correct the problem?

When you use TMPGEnc load in a PALVCD "Template" this will create a mpeg exactly as it should be for Easy CD Creator.
