  1. Somebody please help me. I don't know what wrong with my computer. I use the TMPG in one computer to convert an MPG file to VCD MPG file and it works great. However, when I use the same TMPG in another computer to convert the same MPG file to VCD MPG file and problem pop out: the program only pick up the video stream but not the audio stream. Even though I set up the template to pick up both video and audio stream, it changes to 'video only' automatically. When I try to force it to pick up the audio stream, it tells me that either there is no audio file or the audio file is not supported by TMPG. I know this is not true.

Can somebody help me on this?

  2. do you have the proper codecs installed?
will Windows Media Player play the file on the computer that won't detect the audio?

  3. I can play the original file in both computers with no problem (both video and audio). But one machine can convert the file (both video and audio) without any problem. Another computer pick up only the video portion from the original file.
