oh -- well use premiere or ulead then if thats the effect you want ..
popular software is vegas video , adobe after effects , boris, hollywood effects and others .. -

when i use premiere for editing my video, .avi, 576/720, my computer had stopped after i tried to rendered the video. is it had something wrong ?
-
yes -- see the list i just typed above ... vegas video or after effects prob. what you want .. i dont know anything about consumeer apps (ulead)..
another really good app is Main concept Main actor .. which you can get a free demo of on their web site (beta version 5) .. they also have a cheap editor called eve which is very good basic (and cheap) -
Your original question isn't really clear. If you want to make your own animations, then Flash is one of the more popular programs. If you want to use Flash animations in a VCD, then check the "How To" section for how to convert Flash into an avi.
