CCE 2.5 crashing out

Ok, I used DVD2SVCD 1.1.0 with CCE 2.5. I used it for say about 3 or so weeks with no problems then a couple days ago it started crashing out. I reinstalled and no luck. I unistalled and even removed registry strings and still no luck. CCE does the tiplepicture and ch ange picture t hen when it gets to avisynth_..... it just freezes and crashes out. CPU 1.52ghz Tbird with DDR @ 145mhz x 512MB. XP Pro. Anyone have a clue whats up? Movie is Collateral Damage from vob files. I have been trying to use recovery, I ran from the vob files first two times and its never made it further t han here. Any clues?

Anyone ever figure this out? I have to encode on a different machine entirely and for the most part am getting good results. Same movie encoded fine on it.
