http://home.t-online.de/home/520072193568-0001/ will resolve the audio delay in the ac3 file

the new ifoedit 9.5 is suppose to be able to stitch them back together and compile in a burnable format via Nero or generate an image file.

    helpful?

  5. Tolly,
If your m2v file and your ac3 file are smaller than 4.5 gb when you ad them together you can use dvd studio pro to build a new dvd. You might be able to use Bilestyle's program Afropic to multiplex them together and it will create new dvd folders for you. You might also look at mediapipe to multiplex your files together.

That should get you started. Good luck!

maybe i should have filled u in more, sorry my fault. well yea i have already reencoded multiple m2v's to a lower bitrate to fit on a dvd and they have been joined, but now when i add them to the final ac3 (consisting of joined files from the video as well) they are outta sync in DVDSP. it starts out in sync and gradually gets worse. is there anything like QT mutator, but for mpeg-2? cuz i want fix this problem without reencoding the video again. this may not be as simple as i thought. if u know of anything i could do, plz help me out. thanks!

due to the very fundamental differences between quicktime movie and mpeg there isnt, and never will be a mutator that is the equivalent for mpeg that exist for quicktime. it is a very common problem for dvds to go out of sync in dvd studio pro (happens to me all the time) if its the original files you ripped from the dvd going out of sync in dvd studio pro then there is a good chance you wont have sync issues once burnt. whenever i set chapter markers and fast forward in dvd studio pro the sync totally dies, but works fine on the end product. if you are re-encoding the m2v in just about any program (if the format is NTSC) you will most likely have sync issues no matter what-- i've found that afropic doesn't run into that problem as much (100+ dvd's synced for me, still no problems)
As below, so above and beyond, I imagine

Push the envelope. Watch it bend.

Over thinking, over analyzing separates the body from the mind. Withering my intuition leaving all these opportunities behind.
