  1. Nero Isn't recognizing my burner. Keeps trying to burn image on HD... Tried to auto-detect with no luck.... NTI CD Maker is doing the same. All other burning software operates correctly. Please give suggestions.

  3. No, it's an internal DVD/RW-CD/RW.

  4. I am having exactly the same problem, I had the original version but wanted to install it on another machine but it is tied to the cdrw that it was bought with, I downloaded the update from the nero website and it did recognise my drive, but stated that I needed to repurchase the full version to use it?!

  5. You will need to purchase a full version of Nero from Ahead software. Once you purchase it you can then use their serial number to unlock the software to recognize your drive.

Have you tried RECORDER | CHOOSE RECORDER ? Silly question but it wasn't mentioned that you did.

So what exactly is is demonstrating, if you can't use it with your burner until after you've bought it? Seems a bit daft to me.

I would suggest contacting Ahead, but their tech support is rather poor. I've been waiting about 8 weeks for a reply to my problem (This problem actually - but with usb cd-rw).
