  1. I have a pixelview TV tuner card and i use it for video capture. When i convert captured video to VCD using nero it plays fine on My computer But video jitters when i play it on a VCD player.
I use power director software (OEM Version) to capture and edit my video.I burn my CD at 4x speed.I have P4 with 128MB ram and onboard AGP and sound.

Use something besides nero to convert your video. nero is the worst at converting. Use TMPGenc or some other encoder software. Look in the tools section over there <--------------!

kinda wondering if the problem I'm having is similar. I converted using avi2vcd. The resulting images can be viewed on my PC, but when I tried to burn to CD with Nero (expired useage) little square boxes showed up on the VCD being viwed on my DVD. I got the same result with VCDeasy v1.1.3. I know my DVD will play VCDs and I have a disc made on a MAC (titanium) that works. I'm inclined to believe it's the convertion process that I'm having dificulty with. Do you think TMPGenc is something I should try? (Thanks)
