    Hello everyone:

    I am about to start an adult website in a few weeks and was wondering if I had adult divx and svcd's on my site offered totally free is it still illegal to have on my site. If anyone even has documentation on this that would even be helpful.

    Yeah if you're gonna run this as a business, then you should have an attorney anyways. The last thing you want is to get your site up only to get a bunch of legal papers in the mail.
