What's the best way to convert a PAL DivX with AC3 sound to NTSC DVD format? I can use TMPGEnc to change the frame rate to 23.976 fps but suspect this will give choppy video. If I use VirtualDub to slow down the video slightly, is there a way to slow down the AC3 too? The AC3 sound is more important than the video actually, so I'd rather live with choppy video than lose the AC3 sound. Are there any other options?
Thanks in advance!
