    I have a file that freezes when trying to encode it in TMPGEnc.
    I have downloaded Virtualdub, but when I try to open the file I get the following message: Error - couldn't locate decompressor for format 'MP43'.
    Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong or what to do, I am very, very new to all this and I don't understand all the jargon, please reply in easy understanding English. Thank you.
