thanks for replying to the earlier posts, so that pinnacle card is pretty good? Do u make vcd's to play on a dvd with it? and if so it comes out in good quality? An also with the tv card this is used for the same purpose? the quality is not blocky or bad? i have a tv tuner capture card , i bought it for $90 aus, bout 160 usa$ (atm).... but my computer is only a 133 crap thing, i am upgrading, the card seems to drop lots of frames, do you think this is due to the computers crappyness?
