I have come accross a program that can convert MKV to TS, without recoding...

Click the MKV2TS link and download along with the filters.
Seems to work, but needs someone to help iron out the bugs...

I'm trying it now but as I understand you also need, mainconcept mp4 demuxer, multiplexer, elecard sink filter?, elecard multiplex/demulitplexer. Are those free?

MMMM....well I have tried it but their are A/V sync issues....I think MKV must use VFR and the sync info stored in the MKV container itself....
Anyone have any views?
