  1. Hi

I've researched through the converting section, it says tmpgenc can take dv avi, but when I tried to open a movie (rendered in microsoft movie maker v2 beta, dv avi format), tmpgenc said that it needed "video for windows" codec, where can get this?

thank you lots in advance for answering.

  4. I have a similar question but with a different problem....

When I tried to open several different DivX file in different occasions, TPMPeg gives the "[file location]...can not open or not supported. I have tried to change the header code to Divx3,4 and even XviD, but none seems to help. Has anyone else encountered this problem before?

Any suggestion or help is greatly appreciated.

P.S. the clip opens fine in Premiere
