DVD2SVCD question: setting cut point for discs

I've ripped a couple of movies using DVD2SVCD, and was wondering:
is there a way to specify the cut point when a movie spans more than one disc?
I'd like to be able to set the point at a scene change, instead of the first (or second) disc ending at some random point, like in the middle of a scene.
