    All legal aspect of this aside - It's probably a DivX AVI, as these are most common on KaZaA. Try gspot (see the TOOLS section) to accurately identify what encoding method is used. If it's DivX, you probably need the DivX bundle installed for it to play. (A .cam file just indicates that it's recorded with a video camera at a cinema.)
