  1. I made a Svcd out of a movie, but now the voices won't fit to the motion of the acteur's mouths. Now i saw that the AC3 File has a delay of -78ms. So i tried to encode with BeSweet and Headac3he and entered -78 as Delay, but its still not syncron. What should i do?

try using virtualdub as a single wav file, then what i do is use dvdavi2 and process wav that i just did with virtualdb, then you can set the delay to 0 that takes care of it for me when i convert to mpeg with tmpge, besweet is a pain to use

  3. I used a DVD as source, not an avi. But maybe if i encode the AC3 to a Wave i can use that method.

  6. in tmpgenc, under the source range filter, there is an audio skew function where you can set audio delay in milliseconds (ms)
