my dilemma-can you help?

i burnt an 906 meg SVCD onto a 90minute cd with vcdeasy and it burnt fine. My DVD player plays the disc flawlessly except near the end - the last 2 or 3 minutes, the video and audio skip and repeat ifself over and over. the avi doesnt do that.
i'm using akai 90 minute cd's.

Can anybody tell me whats going on?

the mpeg on my HDD doesn;t have that problem either. could be the media i'm using.

Yes it's probably the media. Most people who burn on 90 and 99 minute CDR's recomment not burning the last 3-4 minutes of the disk. Remember that 90 and 99 minute CDR are out of spec. and can easily cause problems especially in the last few minutes of the disk.
