No the quality of Star Wars isnt that bad. I just got it today. heopening part pith behind the scenes footage/eppisode ll stuff looks nothig short of Amazing. Almost like dvd however the actual movie look closer to an older vhs release but not ridiculously bad or anything. My brother-a skeptic of vcd- saw it(he was expecting it to be bad) said hmm well i guess its ok. looks like vhs sorta. I did no notice a difference in quality in any movie in general but i did notice quality in scenes. Some have alota blocking. some look GREAT. Overall the awesome packaging, great cd labels, box set and episdoe 2 trailer thing make it a good buy.

Eureka Movies is your best original vcds option.
I don't work for Eureka or anything, but speaking as a consumer Eureka has been very good to me. I understand that not everybody's experiences are the same, even when dealing with a good company, but with all the orders I've placed with Eureka their service has been great.
As far as not getting responses in a timely fashion, I had this problem a couple of times myself. As it turns out Eureka had responded to these inquiries, through whatever glitches I didn't receive them. I found this out by accessing my account(if you regisered or ordered from them, you have one). Under the customer service section you can access a section where all your inquiries are posted along with thier responses.
I just thought I'd share some of expeiences with Eureka with you. Again, I know experinces can vary. -
