What is my problem

I have been trying for days to backup my DVD's to DVD+R+RW i have followed all the user guides and had only one success I managed to record the Simpsons backstage pass DVD with no problems but anything else I try using the sme software and settings does not work I must be missing something.

Also, if you have a problem, you will need to be a lot more specific with your questions. You might be missing something, but people will not be able to help you find your problem unless you provide more information about the process you are using.

Thanks I am away from the PC that I use so when I get home I will give more info it just puzzels me that I have burned a DVD and using the same process everything else fails but I will give a better decription when I get to my own PC

Oh I always get the message from Nero 'unexpected file format'

Also about your former problem try burnning your DVDs with prassi primo DVD instead of Nero. It works wonders for me!(Data DVD or DVD from Image file both play just fine)

Thanks I have had a success burning single layer disk True Romance so i think my problems lie with my decodeing of dual layerdisks I will keep trying and hopefully get the right formula
