I have Pioneer DVD -RW DVR 104 Writer. After creating DVD I can
read DVD using this drive. Also I have DVD reading ROM 16 times
speeding. Here is the problem. When I put DVD Copy into this drive,
DVD reading ROM couldn't recognize DVD.It means It can read. I was
trying Power DVD to open movie on my computer. I can use DVD Copy to watch DVD on DVD Players. If somebody can help me, Let me know.

  2. I'm having the same problem, I have the same burner. It only recognizes the real dvd's not the dvd-r's as far as movies i think. It may just be the burner though??

  4. Many DVD-ROM drives out there at the moment do not read DVD-r media. The Drive that wrote the disc should read it ok.

Also check the media. I had a problem with super cheap generic disks not playing in DVD-Roms. I upgraded to Apple disks and they play fine.

Like I said I upgraded to Apple DVD-R disks and they work great. Any name brand like Apple, Pioneer, TDK, Sony, Memorex should give you much better results
